Paul Robillard
Paul Robillard is the founder and President of 80/20 Management Inc., as well as co-founder and advisor of
echo26. He is currently studying philosophy at Laval
University (Québec City), and holds a Master Coach Certification from Behavioural Coaching Institute, a Coach Certification from CoachU University, a Bachelor in Computer Management from Université du Québec à Montréal, and a Bachelor in Marketing and Finance from HEC Montréal. Paul has been working in information technology for more than 25 years, specializing in strategic planning, human resource management, change management, and behavioural coaching. Over the years, Paul has helped many individuals and companies achieve their goals.

Christiane Dubé
Christiane Dubé is co-founder, manager, and translator at echo26, as well as co-owner of 80/20 Management Inc. She has a diploma in translation from McGill University (Montréal), and regularly takes part in workshops and conferences on translation, linguistics, and business practices. Christiane has over 20 years experience in corporate communications, marketing, and translation for companies in evolving in telecommunications, marketing, e-commerce, e-learning, advertising, dance, radio, and television. She also brings to the table valuable experience in web ergonomics and project management.
